Dunwoody began teaching manufacturing courses in 1915 and many top manufacturing companies were founded by our alumni. An aging workforce combined with a need for computer aided design and manufacturing has created outstanding opportunities for graduates from our programs. 21st century manufacturing technicians and designers must combine the latest technologies from several disciplines to create globally competitive manufacturing systems. The department offers several certificate and two-year A.A.S. degree programs as well as a bachelor's completion program.
