John A. Butler Learning Resource Center (Library)
The John A. Butler Learning Resource Center is centrally located in Black 43 to support students and faculty through its resources and services.
The Library provides a book and reference collection (both ebook and print), online databases, newspapers, periodicals, a collaboration station, individual study carrels, computer stations with curriculum-related software available, and a printer/copy machine.
- 2 PC computers running Windows 7 and 1 Mac computer running Mac OSX are available for students. The computers have the program-specific software for the areas of Architecture, Construction Management/Construction Project Management, Interior Design, Surveying & Civil Engineering Technology and Design & Graphics Technology.
- Lynda.com is available on one of the PC computers. This service offers video tutorials on a wide variety of programs, ranging from CAD and photo editing to business software.

Library Staff Available: 7 AM – 6 PM
The Design Library, located in Red 44, specializes in books, periodicals, databases and online resources for the Construction Sciences & Building programs, as well as the Design & Graphics Technology programs. The Design Library is also home to a Colorwave 500 Plotter. The space continues to expand and includes a developing collection of both interior and exterior materials.

Library staff are available to help students find information needed to complete their coursework, develop greater informational literacy, improve their understanding of the academic disciplines and industries they are studying, and utilize the various available resources on offer. Guidance is provided for both print and electronic resources.
The Library is also committed to offering informational resources and educational support to faculty and staff.
