Arcelle Taylor has been dedicated to the education of underrepresented youth for over fifteen years. Prior to joining the Dunwoody Family in April of 2004, Arcelle worked in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Public School systems as a teacher and Cultural Specialist.
Upon joining the Dunwoody family Arcelle has worked as a Coordinator and
Sr. Coordinator for the Youth Career Awareness Program as well as the Women’s Resource and Moore Multi-Cultural Center Coordinator.
Most recently Arcelle has rejoined the Youth Career Awareness Program as Manager. Arcelle’s goals are to provide awareness of the many programs and opportunities Dunwoody College of Technology has to offer all underrepresented high school students interested in attending Dunwoody College of Technology.
Arcelle holds a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Minnesota, a Post Baccalaureate degree in Elementary Education from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Barber-Scotia College in Concord, North Carolina. |

Nneka Abdullah is the Program Coordinator for the YCAP One group, which are the students who have completed the 10th grade when they begin the YCAP summer session. She also works with the YCAP students on campus at Dunwoody College of Technology. Nneka became a part of Dunwoody and YCAP in October of 2006. A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth and Concordia University, Nneka received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Human Service in Family Life Education. Nneka has experience working with students and families from various ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds and enjoys giving her time and service to a diverse program such as YCAP. |
Jonathon Moore

Jonathon Moore is the Program Coordinator for YCAP III and has been with the program for four years. He previously worked in Dunwoody’s admissions department and with student services before transferring to YCAP. Mr. Moore is responsible for working with participants in the last year of the YCAP program, preparing students for the academic rigors they will be facing in college and easing the transition between high school and the first year of higher education. He graduated from Virginia Union University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor in History/Political Science K-8. Mr. Moore worked in the Minneapolis school system for two years prior to becoming employed at Dunwoody. |
