Keynote Speaker: Michele Krolczyk, Co-Owner & Vice President of Mint Roofing

A third generation owner in the family’s commercial roofing business, Michele Krolczyk is an advocate for women in business. In fact, nearly half of all Mint Roofing office employees (including estimators, appraisers, etc.) are women.

During her time as owner, Krolczyk has worked to grow the business, increasing the company’s revenue nearly five times over. In 2012, Krolczyk and her husband rebranded Mint Roofing to better reflect the company’s image and focus. She also helped turned the company’s Service Department into a profitable division of the company.

An avid volunteer, Krolczyk supports women as a mentor and a teacher through WomenVenture. She is the Principal of Vivid360 and an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) coach, teaching young entrepreneurs how to build and implement successful business plans.

Krolczyk is a Traction coach (a business operating system), President of the Orono Rotary Club, and the proud mother of three young men, a yellow lab named Bella, and several exchange students. Krolczyk’s father is a 1950s graduate of the sheet metal program at Dunwoody.
