The Admissions Team at Dunwoody College of Technology values the important relationships we have with our community partners. We enjoy opportunities to interact with groups who would like to see examples of the learning that takes place in our classrooms, labs, shops and studios. It is our goal to plan an informative visit so that you and your students can see what Dunwoody has to offer. Here’s how to plan a group tour or classroom visit.
Group Tour Options
Dunwoody offers two types of campus tours:
Tour #1: includes a visit to each of our major program areas and lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Tour #2: includes a visit to each of our major program areas as well as an information session that further highlights the features, benefits and financing options for students who select Dunwoody as their college of choice. This tour lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Group Tour Requirements
During your visit, your group may be observing active classroom sessions and interacting with current students in a live setting. To preserve the learning and limit the distractions, we request the following guidelines are upheld:
- Please limit group participants to high school juniors and seniors during August – December and high school sophomores, juniors and/or seniors January – May.
- Please do not have a group size that exceeds 45 students.
- Please have 1 chaperone for every 8 students. We ask that chaperones accompany their students on all parts of the tour.
